On the night of Sept. 20, 2008 Kenneth Johnson was waiting at an intersection for the light to turn green. That is the last thing he recalls before a vehicle slammed into him. TraumaOne came to the rescue along with several community responders. He received around the clock care by Shands Jacksonville nurses and University of Florida surgeons and specialists. After more than a 90-day stay in the hospital, Johnson is back to enjoying life with his wife Armona.
