Shands Jacksonville is pleased to invite you to the Sterling Best Practices Showcase Feb. 23, 2012.
The Sterling Showcase will offer insight into Shands Jacksonville’s Sterling journey and our ongoing pursuit of excellence.
The purpose of the showcase is to raise awareness about the importance of quality and performance excellence as a competitive edge and to highlight our practices and procedures that earned us the 2008 Florida Governor’s Sterling Award and the 2011 Florida Governor’s Award for Sustained Performance Excellence.
Who Should Attend
The showcase is intended for organizations interested in learning the Sterling process and management model for performance improvement. Attendees will learn the best practices for organizational improvement which enabled Shands Jacksonville to qualify as a recipient of these awards.
