First Call Service for Community Physicians

First Call representatives are available to assist physicians and their staff with access to University of Florida and Shands Jacksonville specialty clinics.

If you would like to schedule a patient, have questions about a referral, or wish to speak directly to a UF physician, please call our First Call representatives at (904) 633-0411. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The UF Outreach Laboratory has three area locations as well as a Core Laboratory on the Shands Jacksonville campus open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
