Conveniently located at 4555 Emerson St., the advanced treatment center offers initial evaluations, health screenings, noninvasive to minimally-invasive procedures and additional outpatient services.

Best of all, the same UF physicians who provide services at Shands Jacksonville offer the same exceptional services at Emerson.

All of the Emerson healthcare providers accept most types of health insurance, including many PPO plans, Aetna, AvMed, Blue Cross and Blue Shield (PPC and PPO), Cigna and Humana. The staff at Emerson Medical Plaza will gladly file for insurance payments after any deductible or co-insurance requirements have been met. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa and payroll deduction for Shands Jacksonville and University of Florida employees.
