The University of Florida is pleased to announce the opening of the UF Family Medicine and Pediatric Center at Plantation Oaks, serving the Oakleaf community in Orange Park, Fla. In addition to primary care, the UF Outreach Laboratory at Plantation Oaks is located immediately adjacent to the practice for the convenience of the patients and the community.
