Augustine Oaks Family Medicine and Pediatric Center provides medical services for the whole family in one convenient location. University of Florida physicians Jairo Brieva, M.D., and Jennifer Chally, M.D., are pleased to provide the Mandarin community with comprehensive and compassionate medical care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Chally is board certified in general pediatrics and Dr. Brieva is a board certified family physician. The physicians of Augustine Oaks Family Medicine and Pediatric Center provide the care your family needs as it grows.
