Childbirth and Parenting Classes
Shands Jacksonville offers a variety of classes to help parents throughout the pregnancy as well as the first few months following the baby's birth. Our classes help parents explore their options and make informed decisions about their childbirth experience and prepare them to become confident parents. They will learn what to expect during pregnancy and what’s likely to happen during labor and delivery. There also is a boot camp for new dads.
