The University of Florida Division of General Academic Pediatrics provides comprehensive medical care for infants and children of northeast Florida in the outpatient settings.
This division is also dedicated to pediatric medical education. At Wolfson Children's Hospital, the division actively participates in the educational experience of the UF Pediatric Residents, Naval Air Station - Jacksonville Family Practice Residents, St. Vincent’s Family Practice Residents, UF medical students, pharmacy students and other visiting medical students.
For two consecutive years, the division has received the award from the Pediatric Residency program for the Most Outstanding Division.
