Dental Insurance |

Includes PPO and DMO plans with 100 percent preventative coverage of $5 office visit co-pay. No claim forms required unless you choose an out-of-network provider. |
Vision Care Plan |

Plan pays 75 percent - up to $50 per person per year - for eye exams and 75 percent of covered expenses for eyeglass frames, lenses (one set per plan year) and contact lenses after $25 deductible

Basic Group Life |

SJ provides employees life insurance valued at one times their annual salary. Employees can also purchase an additional one, two or three times annual salary. |
Long Term Disability |
Full time employees who work 32 hours per week after one year of service. |
Paid to employee in the event that of a disability, on or off the job, after 180 days. |
401(k) Retirement Plan |
Full and part-time employees who have completed 12 months and 1,000 hours of employment. |
SJ automatically gives eligible employees 3 percent of salary towards the investment opportunities elected by you, regardless of whether the employee contributes. In addition, you can defer up to 6 percent of your salary and SJ will match dollar for dollar on the fourth, fifth and sixth percentage you contribute. |
